REBAC Short Sales and Foreclosures: What Every Agent Needs to Know

6 hours ABR Elective and CE credit in most states

This nuts and bolts session will give you what you need to know to properly represent both buyers and sellers in a short sale transaction and prepare you as a buyer agent to successfully work with buyers when selling bank owned properties

OPTION TWO:

3 hour CE class

The Long and Short of It: Anatomy of a Short Sale

This course focuses only on short sales.  It will prepare both listing and buyer agents in the steps involved and the duties owed.

BOTH CLASSES INCLUDE COMPONENTS OF A SHORT SALE PACKAGE ALONG WITH SAMPLES AND FORMS.

NOTE:  These are NOT  marketing courses.  We do not instruct in how to find short sales and REO's nor how to make money off distressed sellers.  These courses are designed to give REALTORS the background they need to ethically and legally do their jobs with distressed properties.
