Six Hour Mandatory Broker
Management Course
This is the course that all those holding a Broker's license must take for this
year's renewal.
Fundamentals for Success: Agency & Fair Housing – COR-1612 (B)
Presuming that the participants have a basic understanding of agency law, we
will focus on the proper use of the agency forms. In the Fair
Housing section we will use NAR's newest video to explore common fair housing
concerns and how to handle them.
Fundamentals for Success: License Law & Escrow – COR-1613 (A)
What’s up with legal issues? We've re-done this popular course to focus on
broker issues in the license law and the most current issues concerning escrow
accounts.

Advertising, The Internet and Escrow Issues - COR-1628 (A)

The business has changed and the issues regarding use of the Internet have been
clarified. Join us as we look at the License Law and the changes to the
Code of Ethics regarding advertising and our use of the Internet. The
latest issues and concerns regarding escrow accounts will also be covered.
