Code of Ethics Classes

All REALTORS must complete Code of Ethics training every 4 years.  This 4-year period runs from 1/1/05 thru 12/31/08. 

If you have not taken a National Association of Realtors approved course in the last three years you will need one by 12/31/08.

If you have taken a course from a non-Realtor provider, it may, or may not, cover the required training and you must notify your association you took it.

Those who have taken New Member Orientation in that time frame at the associations where Lynn instructs have completed your requirement.

Those associations are:  Main Street, Three Rivers, Fox Valley and RANWC. 

Most other association's New Member Orientation classes include Code training but we cannot verify that.

Most associations will hold some courses during the summer and most all will have many classes in the fall 

Please check your Associations website or check back here in late Spring to see other locations where Lynn will be doing her Code of Ethics training.
